PSSA achieves the highest levels of quality control by utilizing effective screening for recruitment through intensive training and testing and by creating a professional environment thus retaining our staff by creating for them a career path. All PSSA Security Officers are subject to a background check and drug testing and must also meet current state requirements for training and licenses.
